Journaling helps me express and share my feelings and words to God. It also helps me by putting my own words and thoughts down on paper to God. If I'm feeling stressed, or one of my friends are feeling stressed, I can write my feelings down and God listens.
First, Journaling helps me express and share my feelings and words to God. I take my journal with me wherever I go, and when I feel the need to write, it is there with me and I can share my experiences with Him. For example, I am a dancer and before I go on stage, I write down my feelings (a prayer to God) and He helps me with my nerves.
Second, journaling helps me feel less stressed and loved by God because it helps me get through tough situations. If my friends and I are having a bad day, I can pray for them, then God will be by their side and mine, so we can get through the hard times.
All in all, journaling helps me express my feelings in so many different ways. When I am praying for someone, I write it down, and it helps me to remember what they are going through. That way, I can check in with them to see how they are doing. It is an amazing way to see how many prayers God answers!
